Dr. Russell Sadang is not your typical fitness trainer. With a diverse background in bodybuilding and long-distance running, he brings a unique perspective to the field of geriatric fitness. As the 2011 INBF Northeast America Lightweight Champion and a runner of a 5K to a full marathon, Dr. Sadang understands the importance of an active lifestyle and its impact on overall health and well-being.

Dr. Sadang specializes in the fitness for the older adult population, particularly those with conditions such as Parkinson's disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular issues.
